John and Lori were very helpful in scheduling and always available to discuss the ongoing changing health issues with elderly parents. She was always willing to do anything. I ask whether it be personally for me or something. I need to have done in my apartment that we can do either alone or together.
My aide is amazing. She has a list of tasks and gets them done. She is willing to help with anything I need.
