In twenty years of care taking this is by far the best company I’ve worked for. Beware! This is a horrible agency. My mother is in a retirement community in the Asheville area. I had a competing agency coming in to her facility to assist with medication management. Apparently, this agency bullied that competing agency out of the community. Thus, I was forced to contact this agency, which was a mistake. I spoke with Chandler on a Friday and we agreed that he would conduct an evaluation with my mom the following Wednesday to proceed with the medication help we needed. Three days later he called me.
