Mom needed help unexpectedly. I called Daniel and we had the help we needed withi a few days. The team was kind and patient. Always communicated with us and understanding when things got a little crazy. We would not have made it without SENIOR HELPERS. I highly reccomend them.
I highly recommend Senior Helpers. Before transitioning my elderly mother to assisted living, I hired Senior Helpers to help her remain independent longer. Daniel, Chandler, and especially Dekyia did such an excellent job with my mom. I really appreciated their care and support, and would not hesitate to use them again.

Beware! This is a horrible agency. My mother is in a retirement community in the Asheville area. I had a competing agency coming in to her facility to assist with medication management. Apparently, this agency bullied that competing agency out of the community. Thus, I was forced to contact this agency, which was a mistake. I spoke with Chandler on a Friday and we agreed that he would conduct an evaluation with my mom the following Wednesday to proceed with the medication help we needed. Three days later he called me.
