I worked with senior helpers while being cleveland, and i loved it. they are so accommodating to their clients, and always so supportive. While letting them know i had to move back home, my circumstances were not fun, and the team was so supportive and encouraging, and i couldn’t recommend a better work environment, team, and clients than senior helpers. Your family members will be taken care of with them!!
It has been observed that Lynn is frequently unapproachable and develops care plans without consulting the client and/or the client’s family. This lack of communication undermines the quality of care and fails to consider the client’s needs and preferences. I can't say enough about Senior Helpers! Lynn is truly exceptional. The care and compassion she show's for both her clients and her caregivers sets her apart. She leads with heart, professionalism, and a deep commitment to doing things the right way. It’s clear she goes above and beyond to ensure everyone feels supported, respected, and cared for. An absolute standout.
Lynn does not care about her clients. The helpers do something wrong she turns it around to blame the client. She never does what she said she's going to do coming to your house on time. It doesn't return phone calls. When she says she will. She has helpers who don't understand English. She brings them to a house with a senior woman in a wheelchair. I am a 74 yr old female with pretty bad knees. When my orthopedist recommended total knee replacements I was shocked. It took me several months to finally schedule the surgery. I live with my husband of 50 yrs. He has dementia. I was worried how I was going to manage after surgery. By some miracle I was referred to Senior Helpers.
