I'm happy to write a 5-star review for Senior Helpers! They provide a wonderful service and do it very, very well! Every person I interacted with was caring, courteous, organized and prompt. They really understood my mom's care needs. When my mom was hospitalized and then in rehab, they were able to shift her caregiver over to the rehab facility and continue her personalized care there. Senior Helpers were just great at setting up my mother’s support right away when her dementia got progressively worse. They sent help immediately and worked with us throughout the entire process. They thoroughly assessed not only my mother’s needs but also my own since I am my mothers only child, I didn’t have much of a support system but just knowing that competent people would help us was more than enough.
