We want to send a great big thank you to Senior Helpers for finding us a wonderful caregiver, Aja. She started as my husband's caregiver about 5 months ago. She is extremely responsible, professional, attentive, and takes excellent care of my husband Ron. She has only called out 1 day since she started and that was to celebrate her birthday with her family. She always has a smile on her face and is very pleasant to be sround. Thank you Senior Helpers and Aja for a job well done.
Melissa has been our caregiver for about 3 weeks now and we couldn't ask for a better person to help us. She is very cheerful and happy, and is a very good worker. She does anything we ask her willingly and without complaint. She does everything very well. She is willing to learn new things and learns new things quickly. We just love Melissa. She is sweet, compassionate caring and quiet. Melissa is perfect for our family and we are truly very grateful to have her. I would give her 10 stars if I could.
We did not have good luck with care givers for my mom during her post rehab time. After numerous attempts to find someone that best fits us, going through the "routine" each time with new helpers, we found one that was perfect for us but we were near the end of needing help, and that caregiver left the company on our last day of services. Senior Helpers was nice at the meeting. We were looking for a full time caregiver for our 95 year old mom. We were very specific about her needs and they reassured us that they would be able find a caregiver. My 95 year old mom has special needs and it would have been and overnight caregiver.... So finding the right person was very important to my family. They were not able to find a caregiver that met our elderly mother's needs. Senior Helpers has been an outstanding caring company Sarah has helped my mom and dad feel comfortable while navigating and setting up Home Health she has gone above and beyond her responsibilities stopping in bringing extra supplies.
