I have worked with this office staff for over two years. I have found them to be compassionate, diligent and passionate about their clients. I strongly recommend.
Posting a 1 star as I have been trying to get significant billing issues resolved to no avail. It seems that there is no oversight of operations nor any interest in resolving customer issues. This is not the way to run a business that support our elderly population. I hope this message gets to the owners so they can recitify what apparently the office staff cannot.
Staff demonstrated unprofessional and discourteous behavior, including making inappropriate assumptions based on stereotypes.
I have enlisted the service of this company for the care of my husband last October. On the first day I noticed the caregiver was walking with a limp. I asked if she’s OK. Her reply “I am fine. It’s just my shoe. You are not the first one to notice that.” She also asked if she could wear slippers as they would be more comfortable. I showed her and worked with her on the use of a Hoyer lift to transfer my husband from the bed to his wheelchair. After a couple days, she said she got it.
