The staff at Senior Helpers were great, their communication and compassion about our situation was outstanding. We felt like our voices were heard. Abigail the aide was the best aide in the group, we loved her and would keep her forever if we could, she deserves a raise and a day off with pay!! And a 10 star review. A few weeks back our family found ourselves in a bit of a situation. Our elderly father, with dementia and living in a memory care facility, was not being looked after as well as he should have been. With VERY short notice, Senior Helpers jumped into action and provided 24/7 companion care for our dad while we sorted out next steps.
