For starters, Michelle who is “in charge” is RUDE. She does not come off as polite. Actually quite not welcoming. I was inquiring about services for my father and spoke to Michelle. I will not be using this company for my father! Thanks a lot Michele 🤬
As a new and now former employee to this company I can say Michelle has made me severely uncomfortable. I had to call out for a family emergency with my mother and during our entire conversation she showed no sympathy whatsoever. She seemed very disappointed and also was very unpleasant to speak to. After that conversation with her I knew that if I had any other unexpected emergencies I would never want to call out and have to be connected to her again. The staff communicates with our family regularly. This service has been great. It give mom a sense of independence while allowing our family to continue working without too much worry.
The office staff is very distasteful, Michelle acts as if she too good for us & they kept my last check because I quit before my 90 days as per Michelle for onboarding expenses but they didn't pay for my background or drug test cause I already had one recently done & my Tb was already completed and I can't retest and I provided the paperwork from the TB clinic. Not once was we told at orientation that if we didn't complete 90 days they would kept our last check.
Michelle’s attitude towards someone trying to get information about the company was very distasteful. I greeted her good morning Michelle I was calling to inquire about requirements with the agency.
