I was skeptical at first but then after a few visits, I looked forward to their visits.
I don’t even know where to start. I’m unsure if this company didn’t know my background was in healthcare, or just didn’t care. They have clients that are not care planned appropriately which leaves opportunity for the HHA and/or client themselves to be seriously hurt. When I read a clients care plan and had questions on how to SAFELY transfer said client, Robin immediately got an attitude and took that client from me and I was no longer communicated with or given anymore clients.
