I would like to share my experience working for Senior Helpers. Unfortunately, my interactions with certain coordinators, particularly Jami, were consistently unprofessional. She often communicated in a dismissive and disrespectful manner when addressing employees’ requests or personal situations. Senior Helpers was incredible helping to care for my mom. The office team were very responsive and supportive while the 3 aides they provided us for round-the-clock coverage for my mom were all fantastic. Professional, timely, and treated my mom with such respect and loving care. I recommend them highly.
