This company has been a life saver! They help with dad’s care and allows me more quality time with him so I am not overwhelmed!
I am extremely disappointed in the complete lack of care and responsibility shown by this company. They knowingly sent one of their employees into a client’s home that was infested with bed bugs — and failed to disclose this information beforehand. This is absolutely unacceptable. No employee should ever be put in that kind of situation without warning or protection. The company’s disregard for the health, safety, and peace of mind of their staff is appalling.
