Very good and caring company
I know that the owner apologized for everything but I gave them 3 chances and they still couldn’t get it right ?but the only person that was really great was makenzia and the other 3 were horrible Clinton was very confused and didn’t know what he was doing and Greta was falling asleep for 2 hours in the living room and eating chips complained about being so tired and that she was a grandma and mary was hobbling with a knee brace on each knee and had coke bottle glasses and didn’t know were she was going and spoke to somebody... read more
Horrible place the people that they sent brake things and are needing help themselves and are not trained at all and many of them are so elderly that they are not even capable of taking care of anybody that requires help sorry but very disappointed ☹️
Our family was very pleased with the services and assistance that Senior Helpers provided for our parents. Caregiver Nadine was a favorite. Everyone on the North Palm Beach team was helpful. Jennifer White, Client Services Director, was exceptional. She was available forany questions, followed up with our parents in person and joined in various phone conferences. Senior Helpers was a good choice for our family.
