We switched to Senior Helpers in 2022 as they were better staffed to accommodate my father’s care. Dr. Youngblood did her best to meet our expectations with consistent and professional care. The relationships between the caregivers and my family were genuine and kind that comes from a shared belief in their roles. We did have some hiccups at times, but this comes with life. The facility I work at has used Senior Helpers to help fill in gaps in our staff. They have great caregivers and the company itself is very easy to work with and always available for questions or scheduling. Even last minute scheduling they have been able to come through.
