We switched to Senior Helpers in 2022 as they were better staffed to accommodate my father’s care. Dr. Youngblood did her best to meet our expectations with consistent and professional care. The relationships between the caregivers and my family were genuine and kind that comes from a shared belief in their roles. We did have some hiccups at times, but this comes with life. The facility I work at has used Senior Helpers to help fill in gaps in our staff. They have great caregivers and the company itself is very easy to work with and always available for questions or scheduling. Even last minute scheduling they have been able to come through. We are very happy with their help and professionalism.

Senior Helper, we're very dependable.Treated with respect, kindness and honesty. My husband was always happy to see his caregiver and look forward for conversation, Care and thier hospitality. Senior Helper were with us until the end of my husband time.For this I'm forever grateful.

I have known founders of this business for a long time. I am senior myself (75+), and founder of Aimbest Insurance, which I started 1983. Senior helpers have treated seniors royally by going above and beyond their normal duties. I am very comfortable in referring my senior clients to them!

So many issues with this service from constant changing of care givers, caregiver showing up smelling like cigarettes (very strong), caregivers showing up on the Busted FB site for being arrested, caregivers who do not follow already written out ADL's, caregiver who fell asleep in her car yet had clocked in, some who didnt know how to do basic things and so much more that the list is endless. I will say, this service has been one of the worst we have ever used. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
