I have called on Senior Helpers twice now when I needed companions after my surgeries. The first time I called on Monday and had someone here Tuesday evening. Although it felt like they scrambled to get care givers lined up on such short notice, every one of them showed up on time, prepared, and got me to all four appointments on time. The people here during the day were good company, and the people here at night were completely unobtrusive so I slept undisturbed. Two good experiences all around. I will give care builders a 3 star because I don't like having 50 different people come into my house and some of them not doing everything that is already in the handbook that care builders gave me to make sure that they are doing their job. If care builders will give their clients only one caregiver all the time. Then they will finally know how to do their job the proper way.
