They are nice enough, but do not appropriately clean my grandmother who is a client. Refuse to rinse clothing out or place bio-waste materials.in appropriate areas which is highly unhygienic and point blank disgusting. I am a CNA as well as CMT and its is unacceptable that they cannot provide steady, basic personal care and yet still get paid. If I catch them doing the incorrect, OSHA safety standards, and violating policies and the client via negligence I WILL be reporting the providers to the state. Get it together.
