The Dr's are amazing they treat you very well very nice and attentive, the front desk on the other hand is one confusing mess and the reception people treat like dirt, breaking balls on everyone I've witnessed this on multiple occasions UNM in general is a mess I had the unfortunate experience of having to go to the emergency room and I hope to god I never have to go back I will say in all honesty I'm pissed at the moment because my mother had an appointment here at 10 now that we're here they say it's at 11 I'm across the c... read more

This team has been wonderful in helping to card for my mother. They are compassionate, responsive, and go out of their was to accommodate her needs.
I'm so disappointed in the UNM senior health clinic. I've been taking my mother there for a few years. Her previous Dr (Bigley) was amazing, sadly she left. My mother was seen at the clinic on 11/13/23 we expressed to the Dr that my mom may have a UTI no tests were ordered for her, we also mentioned that was in a lot of pain in her leg and upper thigh to the point that she wasn't walking anymore. An "emergency" MRI was ordered but the radiology clinic couldn't get her scheduled until December 13th. She was sent home with no ... read more
