Elva was of great help and flexibility. She demonstrated above and beyond customer service and I would recommend anyone use them for Uhaul needs.
I made the mistake of renting Au haul from these people twice. The 1st time I did and after hours pick up and it went smoothly with the exception that they did not provide an appliance dolly. This misstep cost me about 2 hours. This time I rented just a trailer I scheduled it for a 2 o'clock pick up I showed up 10 minutes early and waited and waited and waited and they never arrived. Rented UHaul and should've done as others in reviews stated and ran the other way a week after returning our truck that we even paid a extra day for to clean etc 10 days later the owner charged my card for 25$ cleaning fee despite our online check in pics were verified and it was fine. General area manager reversed my funds for cleaning but watch your bill carefully apparently this is a reg thing. If you need a trailer anytime after 10:30am or before 5 pm, do not come here. I called for a u-haul after reserving online for noon. I got a call from the "owner" explaining to me that she needed me to come earlier than the time I reserved because he had to run errands and wouldn't be back until after 5pm. She spoke about it as if it was just today so when I asked if I could pick it up the next day she let me know that this is an everyday thing.
