The senior facility includes a walking track, exercise room, shuffleboard court (which doubles as a dance floor), ping pong table, two pool tables, quilting room, multi-purpose room and craft room. A Shelby County Treasure - friendship, fun, exercise and folks who care.
I belong to the Sr. Center and have been a member for 6 years. The workout area has ellipticals, stationary bikes, treadmills, exercise balls, weight machines, exercise bands, and free weights. They offer a variety of exercise programs, such as Tai chi, chair exercise, chair yoga, dancing- Move and Groove,and many other social activities such as knitting groups, Bingo, cards, pool, chair volleyball, and do many more! We pay only $30 for a whole year,!
There is an amazing exercise room, exercise classes, line dance classes , and many activities for a very reasonable annual fee. The latest photos I posted are of the Cameo Theatre room set up for our Annual Senior Citizen Day here at the center. So lovely.
Go daily . So much to do .
