I have a problem with my Medicare supplement that I purchased from Moe in the Chesterton office. I've called in multiple times and I was told id get a call back. I did get one but I was unavailable to answer that particular call. I've called back multiple times and each time I was promised a call back at a particular time and it has not happened. Very very poor service after sales!
I had nothing but trouble with Medicare , my supplement, and part D with this company. Calls were returned after four and a half weeks and sometimes not at all. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
