We did some contract work on their facility in Killeen Texas and they sent us a check for half the amount and then stopped payment on the check. Promised to reissue another check and fedex it the next business day, it's been 7 days and still no check. Can't get anyone on the phone and the way this company does business, I will never work with them again.

Did work on one of their facilities, they sent us a check that was returned as not good. They now say they went bankrupt and won’t pay. Horrible business

I would stay away from any nursing home that’s is owned by this corporation. My grandpa was at Victoria Gardens of Frisco which is owned by Abri. Awful experience. Company is only seeking profits rather than serving the elder community.

Alyssa Sirmons has been extremely helpful with navigating patients and their families through skilled nursing rehab, as well as communicating with staff to ensure continuity of care. Extremely helpful, always responds promptly and ensures a smooth transition from inpatient to rehab. Highly recommend!

Alyssa Simmons has outstanding customer service skills. She provides advice and goes the extra mile to meet customer’s needs and expectations. Alysa knows how to establish her presence when dealing with you over the phone. She understands the customer’s feeling and what the person is going through. Alyssa has a lot of patience to listen the customer, to answer questions effectively and always projecting a positive attitude. This company has a great asset.
