I needed to get my mother into assisted living very quickly, with little research time as an only child with my own demanding job and small kids. Alex was so unbelivably helpful guiding me through setting up tours and giving me comparisons on pricing, amenities, care options. I couldn't have found her a place without him. She's now moved in and very happy at her new home.
I highly recommend Harp. She is knowledgeable, skillful, professional and incredibly kind. She has been an invaluable help assisting us at each step, first by establishing a relationship with our mother and then locating an excellent home. She helped us work out the details with the owner and has continued to help all of us make the adjustment. I can't imagine going through this without her, and as mentioned, I highly recommend her services. She is terrific!
Harp is absolutely amazing!!!! She is responsive, kind, caring, calm, and HELPFUL! She helped my family when we found out at the last minute that dad needed to move the same day! My brother and I would have had a very difficult time finding a place for our dad where he can live comfortably.
