Alex was a huge help in quickly finding a place for my parents. I appreciated that he not only set up appointments, but came to each appointment. He asked questions that I never thought of and was there to debrief afterwards. He also connected me with other resources, like Veteran's care and a moving company. He took on the hard stuff and allowed me the space and time to focus on finding what was best for my parents.
