Rachel and Mark are excellent. If you’re thinking about using them, I would strongly encourage you to do so. They had so many great ideas and considered so many options that benefited our personal situation. They worked tirelessly to place my parent in a wonderful facility. At first my family was not entirely sold on using them to help us, but they quickly won everybody over with their kindness, hard work and results.

Absolutely cannot recommend Senior Care Authority enough. Mark did a thorough and caring assessment for my father-in-law a couple years ago. He did such an amazing job, I reached out to him again for advice when my parents (who don't even live in the area) became a driving concern. Mark went WAY above and beyond to provide counsel and guide us in the right direction to get them assessment. The dignity, professionalism, and caring passion he and Senior Care Authority put into their work is nothing less than remarkable.
