Absolutely cannot recommend Senior Care Authority enough. Mark did a thorough and caring assessment for my father-in-law a couple years ago. He did such an amazing job, I reached out to him again for advice when my parents (who don't even live in the area) became a driving concern. Mark went WAY above and beyond to provide counsel and guide us in the right direction to get them assessment. The dignity, professionalism, and caring passion he and Senior Care Authority put into their work is nothing less than remarkable.
Senior Care Authority, specifically Rachel Healy, made the stress of finding a long term care placement to move my mother into practically disappear. She was so receptive of what my mother’s needs were and what I was looking for in regard to her care and closeness to my family. Rachel and Mark were incredible to work with, and I couldn't have asked for better senior advisors. They met with my family to help ease our minds on the difficult subject of moving a parent into assisted living.
