I'm 75. Have Medicare and Medicaid. No problems. I was contacted by Senior Benefit Services and they talked me into signing up with Humana - starting Jan 1. I got a card to use for medicine, food, etc. The food was my need. I spent 2 hours on Jan 1 trying to get the card to work. Not accepted at Kings or Safeway here in Denver. Turns out that the card worked for only band-aids, mouthwash, etc. Humana Customer Service couldn't help me. Frustrating.
