Great little senior apartments complex out of Downey ,CA. Not much to say other then they treat everybody with respect and care and it’s actually fairly affordable when compared to some of the other retirement communities around. Definitely worth checking out lakewood park manor.

My mom was living by herself and still able to take care herself but she kept having these little accidents that eventually were going to lead to something really bad. We talked to her and she agreed she probably needed full-time care but didn't want facility that was going to be a bunch of invalids. We found Lakewood Park Manor senior apartments in Downey CA because it was clear when we visited that there is energy and community of people trying to stay young.

So far, my mom really likes the senior apartments at Lakewood Manor in Downey and we actually have a lot of fun visiting her. Happy to recommend the place.

My father has been living in downey CA all his life and it’s become clear that he can’t take care of himself properly. We tried to take him in but he refuses to leave downey so we had no choice but to put him in a senior apartments community. Luckily we were able to find lakewood park manor which has been a godsend for us. They treat him so well and he has so much fun there.

I am very pleased with the way my wife is being cared for. She looks content and happy when I see her. She deservers the best treatment and I believe she is getting it at Lakewood Manor.
