For your prompt service and thank you so much for the technician James that you sent out very professional cleaned up after himself told me everything that he was doing and I truly appreciate it being a woman sometimes it's hard when a man comes out and I've learned from other companies that I've tried calling today that you can truly get the runaround but Seneca heating and air came through with exactly what they said I didn't have to wait 2 to 5 hours for him to show up he was... read more

This is (at least) my second time dropping a review for Seneca, but I feel like continued great service is even more worth talking about than just a great first impression. For me, Seneca has delivered both. We've now been a customer for close to 2 years, and have a had a number of instances where we've called to have something checked. The most recent was today.
