This is (at least) my second time dropping a review for Seneca, but I feel like continued great service is even more worth talking about than just a great first impression. For me, Seneca has delivered both. We've now been a customer for close to 2 years, and have a had a number of instances where we've called to have something checked. The most recent was today. Bought a Carrier ac two and a half years ago. Called for service about the insulation that came off the access panel. Service person showed up only listened to me and never opened the panel. Said he would check on replacement part. Then asked for $99.00 service fee and left. This all took 9 minutes. Received a call 4 days later that the part would be $275.00. I asked about warranty and he said no. I then checked with Carrier and it has a basic 10 year warranty on parts. Never do business with this company.

Senica Air Conditioning is interested in one thing and that replacing your A/C with a new unit. They have No Interest to service the customer. Their servjce tech Jason C. was an indifferent, rude, and self interested. . He never did what he said he would do. He left never doing his job...our family was left at 100 degrees inside the house and he never ordered the needed part, never called and never came back. He should of been Fired.
