Senia always does an excellent job with my hair. I came to her a while ago after someone ruined my hair, and she was able to rescue it. I loved it as always.
I think Seni does decent work, but I experienced some unprofessionalism. I arrived on time for a scheduled appointment, but the door was locked, and she was busy with another client. When she let me in, she seemed annoyed and didn’t apologize. A few weeks later, I reached out to book an appointment and didn’t receive a response. Ultimately, I decided to take my business elsewhere because I felt my appointments were no longer being prioritized.
Save your hard earned money this place is not worth it , it’s not clean and the staff is very unprofessional. There are plenty of options in the area I would consider before this one.
