Stay away from anything to do with Marcon. They are by far the worst developer. My condo building has heating issues where suites have had no heat for years. Air conditioning was an issue so instead of addressing it, Marcon’s solution was to: - lowest setting is 20 Celsius which is just below room temperature. - Marcon asked condo owners to turn off their bathroom fans as it may draw out the air from the room temperature AC.
