Customer Service training is very needed. I gave birth to my daughter over a year ago. while trying to resolve the issue on a 3 way call with my insurance company and Senex, it was found that they had 2 group IDs; an incorrect one and a correct one. So my insurance rep stated that's probably one of the reasons why it was not accepted by insurance. Because that individual with that specific ID did not exist.. After reading some of the complaints I am beginning to wonder if they are for real however they do show up on credit karma hope they aren't a scam I'll be livid for sure but I'll know when I check my report again in a few days.

Is this service a scam?? I stay in contact with the hospital and make sure my bills are paid because I work there as well. I receive calls and get reported by Senex saying I have bills from 2012 and 2015 but they can not show me proof and want me to pay over the phone. I've been told I owe $2000 and $400 but if I pay them a certain amount over the phone, the whole bill will go away. Some of the people who work for senex services are very rude. I was contacted about a 2012 hospital bill and when I asked them to send me a copy of the bill I was rudely told they are not going to continue to send me a bill. They have NEVER sent a bill to me. I am just now finding out about me owing the hospital. Very very rude business employees work there. After calling back twice and talking to a THIRD person, she informed me that she would send the letter, not bill, and hold off for 45 days. The first two employees als h... read more
