I haven't been able to have family or friends visit my house for months. Why would I want strangers ringing my doorbell? Why would I entertain or be polite about the fact that someone I don't know is coming to the one environment I've been able to keep safe during this ONGOING pandemic? Why would a company put their employees in that position? Why is this the third time I've had to tell someone from Senergy to leave my house?? STOP
I usually don’t answer my door in this time of COVID, but I am glad I did. My Senergy representative,Esteban, has been very knowledgeable and helpful and I can’t wait to get my solar system installed. So far, everything has gone as promised.
Had Patrick come to our home talk to us about the program for a hour. Took a picture of our electric bill and he said he would be back in 2 weeks to give us a quote for service. He never showed. Really annoyed that I waited for him to show up to give us our options about us solar panels and he just wasted our time. He kept saying people think of solar companies as a used car dealership and we are trying to change that. Well you didn't. I should have been contacted at least. Nope. Radio silence.
Stay far away! Senergy Solar is faudulent, I will be pursing legal action. Horrific company. You've been warned.
The company promised me additional money if they couldn’t make the delivery of last year. I get it. A person who may no longer work there committed that on their company letterhead, but the company has done nothing to honor that or do anything to help me. They also took a long time to install and all the people who sold it to me can of be reached. We made an appointment to learn more about solar after someone knocked on our door a few months ago. Our sales person was extremely knowledgeable and explained all the benefits (money savings, environmental benefits, not relying on the grid for power). We just got a new pool so solar was a great fit for us and our energy needs.
