The women at the leasing office doesn’t know how to treat people. Very rude. I went in to ask if they will have available apartments for August. She answered back saying that I have to apply first and get approved. Of course I am not gonna just roll in the apartment, I know the process but does not tell me if there will be something available even if I get approved. Honestly people at leasing offices need to hire better people
Love it here! I moved in about a month ago and could not be any happier with this place! It's quiet, the neighbors are very friendly, the place is very clean, and VERY SPACIOUS!! The leasing manager, Connie has been so wonderful and helpful since the day I showed interest in these apartments. The maintenance crew is awesome and on top of it! Highly recommend Seneca Ridge to anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly, and worry-free place to live!
HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. We live in pangborn townhomes. They told us to stop paying rent at cortland and to pay at Seneca Ridge. First month paying I paid on 1/3. Why I get a letter on my door stating that we failed to pay rent and they tagged on a late fee. I have been living at pangborn townhomes for almost 4 years now NEVER had an issue. I also reported MULTIPLE TIMES a leak under our sink with broken hose that has still yet to be fixed. I’m calling consistently nobody answers the phone. Kept a huge portion of my security deposit. The property manager at the time (April) was very nasty when I asked for it back. Even though she commented on how “clean” my unit was during a fire alarm check. I took them to small claims and got my security deposit back. She claimed I broke the fridge door when it was duct taped when I moved in. When I moved in the unit was FILTHY and covered in dog hairs. I tried scheduling a move out inspection but got no answer.
