Poor Rental Experience I rented on of their "lower end" apartments. Huge mistake. Don't know if the quality of service is dependent on how much you pay per month, but if you're renting a cheap apartment, pray nothing breaks.If you need a repair, be prepared to do it yourself. The desk clerk will "write up" your issue and no one will ever come to check it. Unless it's something that will cause them a financial problem (pipe bursting) they'll be in no hurry to fix it.
