Do not rent from here. This property is not taken care of during the winter. The property manger and maintenance worker are extremely rude and tell the senior citizens living there to pick up a shovel and do it themselves. When addressing concerns, you are blown off my the property manager and owners. Fire line is blocked by snow all the time and snow is not removed from doorways in a timely manner either.
My father moved in a month ago. Everyone at the complex has been so helpful with his transition. Apartment is beautiful, with everything included, even cable! The other residents are very nice and never hesitate to say hello. I highly recommend this complex.
I have just moved in to Seneca Pointe Apartments and I love it! I have a beautiful one bedroom with a balcony overlooking a peaceful wooded area where I have already seen deer watching me! Everything is included in my rent. I have met several other residents and it seems to be a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Management and maintenance have been most helpful in getting me settled. They have many other amenities including a library, community room, laundry facilities and even dinners delivered on Wednesday evenings each week.... read more
