I have been going to them for years. They provide excellent care for my pets (dogs and cats).
I am deeply appreciative of how careful the staff is being during the Covid-19 crisis. I appreciate that I can get my animals vetted without putting myself at risk by being in a small exam room. While the pandemic has made life challenging for all, I appreciate the care, professionalism and patience of the staff.
Still won't allow one owner back with pet. I asked for my pets records because I was going to a vet that would allow me in the office. The ONE appointment at Seneca Hilll where I dropped off my dog (emergency visit), the records were all wrong Wrong dog, wrong name, wrong sex and wrong treatment info given to me when I picked her up.
Seneca Hill is wonderful. They took such good care of our late dog Dexter for so many years, both on the hospital side and the resort. Now they look after our pup Daisy. The staff is so kind and so knowledgeable. Daisy loves Doggie Daycare! Thank you, Seneca Hill, for taking such good care of our furry family members.
We have been taking our 2 dogs to Seneca Hill Hospital since we moved to the area in 2016. The care is superb...we especially like Dr. Welsh. In addition, the front desk staff and technicians are very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend taking your pet here.
