Dr. Goedken is amazing! I have had a neck injury for several years at this point and have dealt with pain pretty much daily. He took the time to assess my pain, and my complaints; he then gave me very specific exercises to strengthen the areas that were lacking. I can now do things I was unable to do before, such as lifting things over my head and grasping heavy objects without tingling in my fingers. The injury has also prevented me from long distance running for months at a time and I can now train consistently! (I also be... read more

I went to Getty after realizing I had been living with chronic pain and discomfort for 25 years and had somehow accepted it as normal. In one session, he helped me understand that what I had normalized was not actually normal, and he released something I honestly did not even realize I had been carrying. More importantly, this work has kept me off the injury list. I definitely prefer prehab... read more

I’ve been seeing Getty for 6 months - focusing on a back injury I sustained deadlifting. Before seeing Getty, my progress was incredibly slow, and it felt as though each time I reintroduced a movement - I’d be back to square one. 6 months on, after routine appointments with Getty - which have included tissue resets with dry needling and a progressively challenging programme of exercises to strengthen the lower back and glutes - I’m back doing most everything. I’ve felt incredibly confident in Getty’s knowledge, it’s produced... read more

Ive suffered with chronic back pain for 30 years, and have been exposed to numerous types of treatment that didnt last. Getty listened to my history and suggested something new, dry-needling. His treatment has provided both immediate and long-term relief allowing me to enjoy life my way.
