Not terrible but just waited 4 1/2 hours to be loaded. Got the text for a door at 2:30 and did t start loading my truck till 3 hours later. Roll out at 545. Cool thing is they had the World Cup playing and was entertaining hearing the workers joke with each other. There’s parking out back, buzz in and check in on the computer to your right.
What an amazing place. They refuse to unload your truck unless you leave your cab and sit in their designated waiting room. Sounds reasonable—until you actually see the waiting room. The moment you walk in, it feels like you’ve stepped into a homeless shelter that hasn’t been cleaned in years. The furniture is filthy, the whole place looks neglected, and touching anything feels like a health risk.
