Very nice people Easy check in.. assigned a dock right away Must wait in their break room during loading ... only half hour My dog did fine waiting in the truck for that short loading time.

Excellent place for loading. Had frozen cargo. Self-registration at door f2. Received a message immediately and went to door 5f. Very friendly staff. Loaded quickly. My refrigerator was not cooled to -10, but the worker said it was not necessary to wait and started loading immediately. Excellent work, at least someone cares about drivers and does not make you wait long.
Showed up an entire day before my appointment time which was 0700 on the 27th. Got here at 2030 on the 26th and they put me in a door and loaded me right away. check in for dry side by docks 4, 5, and 6. You still have to wait inside to get loaded but I was only in there for about 30 min. Also there is a very large park directly across the street so if you have dogs you can let them run around
