After interviewing several contractors, my husband and I went with Scott Blair/Seneca Construction; we could not be happier with our decision. Scott met with us on several occasions before he started our full renovation (bathroom, kitchen- floor to ceiling). He started when he said he would and finished ahead of schedule. He answered the phone every time I called, was on site daily, and responded to emails.

I had a horrible experience with these people.
We chose not to work with Scott Blair due to his unprofessionalism. Our realtor recommended him, but I should researched, and read reviews, prior to considering. It appears that many have had a poor experience working with Scott Blair and Seneca Construction. We wasted a good amount of time, but I am thankful this contractor showed his true colors before we agreed to a job in writing.
