After interviewing several contractors, my husband and I went with Scott Blair/Seneca Construction; we could not be happier with our decision. Scott met with us on several occasions before he started our full renovation (bathroom, kitchen- floor to ceiling). He started when he said he would and finished ahead of schedule. He answered the phone every time I called, was on site daily, and responded to emails.

We chose not to work with Scott Blair due to his unprofessionalism. Our realtor recommended him, but I should researched, and read reviews, prior to considering. It appears that many have had a poor experience working with Scott Blair and Seneca Construction. We wasted a good amount of time, but I am thankful this contractor showed his true colors before we agreed to a job in writing. Although St. Petersburg is going through through some growing pains, there are several decent commercial building companies out there that do things right. Seneca it’s not one of them. This company has done a terrible job ushering in a new business in the neighborhood, and this business will suffer because of it.
