Seneca Bay does not value the safety of their residents. I have been a resident for 2 years and a few months ago a new tenant moved into my building. Seneca bays management took no action when my tenant continued to harass me continuously since February. I've called the police several times on this tenant. A leasing agent has even witnessed the tenant attempting to attack me but no action was taken.
