I decided to look into living at The Seneca after a good friend of mine had been here for about 3 years. I was super impressed by how warm, accommodating, and well-maintained the building is and remains to be! The location and historical context won my heart, but I stayed for the fantastic staff, fair price, and fantastic units. I don't plan on being anywhere else for a good while!

Home is where you find your cozy, your safe place and friends who become family. I've called The Seneca home not once but twice in the past 4 years and so happy with my 2nd home here. I love the brick exterior which makes for a quiet interior apartment and a variety of amenities to suite many. The warmth and attentive support from Tasha, Chris and Angel for it's community and needs outshines what I've experienced in other apt. comminities. They create social events such as "comedy night" and promote a variety of other social... read more

The Seneca is a great place to live at. The neighbors are quiet, the landlord,l Tasha is always accommodating and considerate, and the location is great! Capital law school is across the street and Grant medical center is right behind the building. These were convenient for my fiancé and I since she went to law school and I worked at the hospital. The gym is adequate and the events are food-filled! Don't think twice about Seneca! We lived here for two years and are glad we did !

I'm living at the Seneca for my senior year in college and so far its been a really great experience. The staff has been extremely helpful and friendly through the entire process, including the move in where they assisted much more than I've experienced in other places. Getting rent paid is a breeze and the whole building feels very secure for a downtown location. The apartments have some really nice features like a washer and dryer in-unit, a dishwasher and other modern appliances in the kitchen. So far we've had zero probl... read more

I've lived at the Seneca for about 7 years in a few different unit types. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and goes the extra mile any time I need something. Maintenance does an excellent job keeping the building very clean as well as getting to my work orders pretty much day of. The apartments have amazing downtown views. The location is perfect! Having my own washer/dryer, newer appliances, and multiple closets are just a few of my favorites. I'm sad to be ending my lease at the end of the summer..the Seneca has been... read more
