Nightmarish to say the least! Communication is pessimal with total disregard for customer service... Calls from the pharmacy show up as "SPAM" and after several weeks of playing tag I had no choice but to ask my doctor to switch pharmacies. Senderra refused to cancel the prescription unless I provided personal information previously provided and was rude and indifferent to my request. I had no option but to suggest the representative contact my doctor and then hanging up. This organization is an abomination to healthcare!
Absolute nightmare! After going back and forth for a month, they then transferred my RX to a different specialty pharmacy after their screw up! Worthless
Horrible communication. All I wanted was to receive the same drug with a monthly refill. They couldn't figure out how to automatically send it on a simple monthly schedule. I would get several phone calls every month, "How much medication do you have left..." Just stupid. Then they would insist on verifying my name / address / phone / credit card / numerous other questions.
