I had an appointment scheduled and arrived at the time I was asked to come in, but was told to leave and return later because my slot had been given to another client. I understand that scheduling issues can happen, but the way it was communicated by the manager felt quite rude. A little courtesy would have made the situation very different.
25 minutes late to start and no massage is a good way to get on my Never Again list. Commented to manager about the missing massage, he asked the technician who said she did it and he chimed in "I saw her do it". Then why did you ask? I got a 1-2 minute rinse, at least the toe nails look good. No water provided, either. It's pretty cheap and busy, so maybe thus was an outlier?
I’m very disappointed in this place, especially as I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time. I got gel polish on my toenails and during my next visit, I asked for it to be removed. I believed it had been taken off at that time. However, at my following appointment, the technician started drilling into my nail. I told her not to drill since it was only regular polish, but she insisted there was still gel left from a previous visit. Not to my surprise, she drilled too far and severely damaged my toenails. I love coming here, this is my 3rd or 4th time coming. They keep your lash history incase you want the same thing or something different. They're super clean, super sweet. I'm usually picky about everything but they never disappoint . 10/10 RECOMMEND !
The lashes look incredibly natural. I love them ! The lash technician was very professional and provided attractive service. The whole experience was delightful.highly recommended
