Very clean well kept grounds. Very nice leasing agent. A bit pricey for the tiny space. ( only complaint really)
We’ve lived at Sendero for 3 years now. It’s a fantastic community that we’re truly thankful to call home. The community is beautiful and very dog friendly. We are also happy to report that the renewal rates have been very fair which we are continually happy about as it reflects that Sendero is committed to its long term residents. There are sometimes hiccups with excessive trash in the dumpster area or neighbors that may not pick up after their dogs. I have lived here for 5 years and have had a pretty decent experience here but ever since E&S management took over a couple years ago the complex has gone to shit, we pay for all the amenities here(pool, gym, yoga room, dog grooming room) and they are always locked so we can never use them, not to mention the dumpsters are always overflowing, and the cheaply built apartments are constantly falling apart. Very unhappy here. Wouldn't recommend if you value your money and sanity. I've never disliked living somewhere so much. Update: Avoid this place at all costs. I only haven't moved because of the proximity to my work. This place is a joke. You get small apartments with poor fixtures and lazy craftsmanship. Things fall apart. Things don't work properly. You can hear all your neighbors all the time. You can't use your amenities. They are rude and unavailable. They take forever to answer maintenance requests. It's a joke. Don't ... read more
