This is a review of the Sendero Health Plan under the Affordable Care Act. I submitted my premium and all paperwork by 8/18/2017 for $288.31. Hurricane Harvey hit Houston on 8/25/17 where they are headquartered. I called them today 9/1/17 to get my health insurance card and they said they have no record of me at all. So I just paid $288.31 for insurance that does not exist. It takes 30 minutes for anyone to pick up the phone and all they can do is take your name and number down and claim that someone will call you back wit... read more
