Unfortunately this place has many issues although it is located in a nice city. I've detailed them below from my time being here over 1 year. I start with the negatives and the positives are at the bottom. * CONS: 1.) Plumbing/Water - Constant issues with water/plumbing. Contaminated water and fumes coming up from drains, weak water pressure, hot water turns cold too quickly or it doesn't warm up fast enough. 3rd time in a row they had a plumbing emergency and shut off water in the entire building before a meeting so I had t... read more
Lived here for two years and absolutely loved it!! I felt super safe in this neighborhood, everyone from residents to staff were very friendly, the maintenance staff was always responsive and handled things quickly, the inside of the units were clean and of course there are gorgeous views from the building. Really not one bad thing to say about my experience here. Highly recommend!
I really love this place. It’s very clean and I have a great view from my apartment. Jessica is very nice and helpful and made everything so much easier for me. She knows all the answers to my questions and explains everything in detail. Thank to her. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful place. Ask for Jessica if you want to have an amazing tour.

Jess is amazing!! She's extremely helpful and personable, she really cared about us and wanted us to have a good experience, and she took the time to explain all the great opportunities that come with living in the Sendero Gateway community. She showed us a couple different layouts, all the amenities, and since she's a resident she was able to offer us insight into the benefits and perks of being a resident there.
