This is the worst HOA and I a now dreading buying a home in this community. Trying to charge fees for things that don’t exist. No wonder there an empty houses up for sale . No one wants to deal with this. Instead of focusing on trash cans how about dealing with more serious things such as people burning out in streets, kids letting off fireworks and all the other noise disturbances. I almost feel like it’s a bullying situation and they pick and choose who they wanna fine.
They're very concerned with the edging on my yard. But there's trash lining the waterways all over the community. They just want fine money and will make stuff up to get it.
If I could do 0 stars I would. The HOA officer is a bully and targets only the houses that have confronted them. I have tried to talk to the little guy in the smart car to see what the problem is but he just drove away. Now I get 2 notices a week for having grass. I promise we mow and edge twice a month. WORSET HOA EVER.
Infrastructure in the area is poorly maintained. It seems if you try to keep up with your landscape you get nitpicked with violations for vague reasons so you won't correctly fix the issue. Typical HOA nonsense. Be warned if you look to live in the area.
