Fines and more fines. All they care about is money and squeezing in as many homes as possible for revenue and then fine the people that live there. Guess home sales are down so the fines are up.
Awful just. All they care about is sending out violations they nitpick everything. What a joke of an HOA can’t even keep the pools open.
When the HOA is impeding home sales in the community and getting reviews like this——you have a problem. I was looking at a home here. I called the HOA office to ask a basic questions. She acted like she’d never had a question like this, and she didn’t know the answer although she admitted having worked for this HOA for more than 3 years. She took my information and said she would call me back. Of course, that never happened; it was weeks ago. She understood I was considering a home purchase here. Looking elsewhere.
This is the worst HOA and I a now dreading buying a home in this community. Trying to charge fees for things that don’t exist. No wonder there an empty houses up for sale . No one wants to deal with this. Instead of focusing on trash cans how about dealing with more serious things such as people burning out in streets, kids letting off fireworks and all the other noise disturbances. I almost feel like it’s a bullying situation and they pick and choose who they wanna fine.
They're very concerned with the edging on my yard. But there's trash lining the waterways all over the community. They just want fine money and will make stuff up to get it.
