As long as I’ve lived here usually the managers are better than what we have to deal with now. Mark Ruiz doesn’t do anything he says he’s going to do for the tenants that live on property. He gives false hope for everything and never follows through. I’ve had to complain to the regional level on him many times due to his lack of sec motivation as a manager.
