Update 5/8/26 being on hold for an hour and a half is wild. OP: 1 star for the sheer difficulty of obtaining an appointment. They do not have email or texting and do not accept voicemails, nor will they place you on hold. Instead they expect you to sit there on your phone and call and call them d o z e n s of times before you can finally speak with a staff member, who, if you're lucky, won't be in a mood.
