Jeff sold me the car and he was a very nice fella. Got the chance to chat with him for about 3.5 hours while we waited on the paperwork to be ready to complete the sale...which is my only complaint. Jeff explained that ordinarily 2 people would handle getting the paperwork ready but on this day there was only 1. Waiting that long sucked, but things happen so it's whatever. It was nice working with someone who was familiar with the product they were selling and who also knew me. I was treated with respect and kindness by everyone that I was in contact with. My salesman was John Bistline and I would recommend him to anyone.
The service staff was friendly and prompt, and my vehicle appointment started right on time. The waiting area was nice, with complimentary coffee, water, and comfortable seating. Overall, a great dealership to be a customer at.
