I highly recommend Sendell Volkswagen! We worked with Brigette, and she was absolutely phenomenal. She was excellent with communication, always put the customer first, and genuinely cares about her customers and their families. She made the entire process easy and enjoyable, and she was a pleasure to work with. If you’re looking for a sales consultant, I highly recommend asking for Brigette!
Service took top long for the work that was done! It appears that my car was not a priority, and the tech was taking his good time, even though I had a prior appointment. In spit of the delay, the work was done satisfactorily and the 2022 Tiguan runs better than ever.
Got an appointment for the same week. Sam and Katie are super friendly and intelligent. They went through the entire process with me. Liz helped me check out and she was very thorough on going over the payment details. Overall a great experience.
Great service and excellent customer service.
