Scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. Waited about 1.5 hours and was in and out. Prices were competitive. Next appointment was on 3/13/26 for an inspection + 50K check up.. they told me the 50K wasn't necessary as the 40K covered most of it.. they could have easily done and collected some money, but they are looking after the customer. Inspection was an hour and I was out of there. Great Service again
My 2014 Tiguan was due for PA inspection and emissions and always take it to Sendell VW for that particular service. It was done efficiently and nothing was found to be wrong. Grateful. Herb handled my request for an appt. Always happy to have his assistance. He’s been great with whom to deal regardless of the request. I love my car and intend to keep it as long as it gets me to where I need to go. It’s the best car so far I’ve ever owned!
Scheduled my yearly inspection for Saturday afternoon February 28th. Samantha Davidson checked me in and as always really friendly and helpful. My daughter was meeting me at Sendell with the car we were a few minutes early no problem for Samantha… She signed us in and stated that she would contact us when the car was ready. This was my first time of taking my 2017 Volkswagen Passat to Sendell, as we bought the vehicle used last year at another location. I was very pleased with the friendly and professional service in selecting new tires which was provided by Katy, the service writer. She explained all of my options and worked with me to get the vehicle in as quickly as possible.
