Working with Jeff was great, if it was not for him we would not have purchased our new Volkswagen.
Edited to address owner's comment: The front bumper was replaced due to scratches on the bumper. That was in July 2025. The check engine light did not illuminate until approximately 5 months later. If it was related to the scratches on the bumper, would this have not been an issue sooner? Plus, isn't the EVAP located in the rear of the vehicle? I recently took my car to be serviced at Sendell Mitsubishi Sam was wonderful she took me in right away,kept me updated, will be going back for future service Thank you keep up the great work
They now send a video link of the inspection showing any issues. I needed a replacement back strut spring so had to keep the loaner an extra day. The spring came in next day and the car was ready that afternoon, fluids topped off and washed. Very friendly and professional. Would recommend.
