Exceptional service and communication.
2022 Volkswagen Golf R, Took the car here for warranty service due to constant travel assist and sos errors. Was told this is a common issue and my steering wheel was replaced under warranty. Here we are, a year and a half later and having the exact same issue. Scheduled for service on Monday 11/3 at 1pm. Received no phone call so i called the dealer around 330 for an update. I was informed of all the services that would be performed on my vehicle. I was given a loaner, free of charge, while my vehicle was being serviced. Before the day of service, I was aware of the cost for all that would be done to my vehicle, so I was prepared.
The best review I can offer is that I buy car after car at Sendell Motors! From the showroom to service I am treated with respect and kindness. I love the brand, but I adore the dealership which keeps bringing me back!
