So friendly and treated my dog like the family member he is. Took my requests seriously, very knowledgeable and caring. Not only does my dog look great, he seemed happy with his experience.
Yesterday was my dog's first visit to Send Rover Over for grooming. She's a long-haired dog that has received some unfortunate haircuts in the past, but I couldn't be more pleased with her appearance! She looked so well taken care of (a night and day difference from when I dropped her off) and the cut was exactly as I'd hoped it would be. We RV and needed our pup groomed while in Eugene for a few days visiting family. My niece recommended this grooming shop. When I called a couple weeks in advance to schedule an appointment, they were booked but took my name/number in case of a cancellation—and then actually called me when the opening came up! The ladies at Send Rover Over did an awesome job grooming our Double Doodle Kona! He looked very handsome, smelled great, and I could tell he was treated well! Very reasonable pricing too! This was Kona's first trip (and mine) and we will be back!
From calling to make Joeys first grooming appt, to dropping him off and picking him up, ALL the girls were helpful, nice, professional and did an amazing job! I will definitely take Joey back for a 2nd visit! Thank you!!
