My furnace quit during a cold snap right before Christmas week when I was expecting a houseful of guests. The owner, Chuck responded instantly and sent Dave, an HVAC tech within the hour. (You couldn't even reach most other companies on the phone at that time). Dave diagnosed the problem and found the 20 year old primary heat exchanger was clogged and not economically repairable.
